- Interpret the information contained in order orders of different nature or from different types of companies or warehouses, both commercial and industrial. - Interpret the symbols and basic recommendations in the manual handling, conservation and packaging of orders for merchandise/products of different natures. - Apply handling measures and standards in the weighing and packaging of orders, manually and using the usual handling equipment in the preparation of orders in accordance with orders and safety, hygiene and health recommendations and regulations. - Carry out different types of order preparation and packaging, both manually and with packaging equipment, applying the labeling, weight, volume and visibility criteria of the products or merchandise from different order orders. - Apply basic communication techniques in different care and treatment situations based on different elements, barriers, difficulties and alterations. - Adopt attitudes and behaviors that provide effective, quality customer service in simple basic service situations at the point of sale. - Apply basic care techniques in different situations of information demand and customer requests. - Adopt assertive behavior guidelines, adapting them to situations of customer complaints and/or requests at the point of sale or home delivery.
