Objectives

- Develop in the students those necessary competences to exercise the functions of technician in prevention of occupational hazards for firefighters. - Acquire the knowledge that allows students to identify, avoid, correct and prevent specific problems that can jeopardize the health and integrity of workers in the fire sector. - Know the laws and norms in terms of occupational risk prevention based on the Occupational Risk Prevention Law. - Analyze the different action plans, prevention and first aid techniques that favor or help overcome different risk situations.

What it prepares you for

Prepare as a technician in occupational risk prevention according to current regulations (Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs). At the end of the training action, the student will have the basic knowledge of Occupational Health and Risk Prevention and will be qualified to perform the preventive functions collected in Art. 35 of the R.D. 39/1997, according to the Regulation of Prevention Services.
