- Know the anatomical bases involved in movement and physical activity in relation to the musculoskeletal system. - Analyze the physiology involved in physical activity, in terms of muscle physiology, energy systems and muscle contraction. - Assess the psychological needs in sport and the purpose of its intervention, as well as planning, training,... to improve the athlete's performance. - Define biomechanics and sports biomechanics to study the movement of the human body. - Know the bases by which training produces adaptations, as well as the qualities and factors that are involved in physical and motor condition. - Identify the types of aquatic activities, as well as the history of water polo, necessary material, categories and adapted water polo (mini water polo). - Analyze all existing swimming styles to later work on the transfer from swimming to water polo, especially for movements in the aquatic environment. Study the technical actions by which the game of water polo is carried out, as well as examples of tactical situations for the development of the game, both in attack and defense. - Identify the rules by which the sport of water polo is governed through the RFEN regulations. - Know the main sports injuries, in terms of their recovery and prevention, and the action to be carried out in first aid.
This course qualifies students to be able to carry out activities such as Water Polo Monitor, Swimming Monitor.
By completing the water polo instructor course, you will acquire the necessary knowledge to develop water polo training activities, both in swimming styles and in the technical-tactical actions of the players for the development of the game.
