European Master in Psychology: European Master in Psychology

Psychology is the branch of psychological science that is responsible for the research of all factors, evaluation, psychological diagnosis, support for recovery and prevention that affect mental health and adaptive behavior, in conditions that can generate discomfort and suffering. Thus, psychology has opted to define human development from a global and integrative perspective, highlighting not only physical aspects, but also psychological, cognitive and socio -affective. Through this Master, students will acquire an overview of the evolutionary course of the child and the actions that have been proposed from the field of psychology to address the problems in psychological development.

- Know the main manifestations of child psychopathology and the methods of evaluation, diagnosis and treatment that are used from psychology to address them. - Know the scope, population and main theoretical models related to early care. - Detect and intervene in boys and girls with possible evolutionary disorders from a broad and multidisciplinary perspective that covers the following areas: health, educational, family and social. - Know the different treatments and development therapies that exist in order to apply them to children suffering from learning disorders.

This Master is specifically aimed at those licensed in psychology and/or psychiatry or students who are finishing their university training in these areas. It is also intended for those who are interested in discovering the secrets of psychology and understanding the psychological connections that the human being can suffer. It is related to the functions of pedagogues, psychopedagogues, social workers, social educators, etc.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
