- Describe the different operations of the upholstery process, analyzing them in different types of furniture. - Put the basic machines and tools according to the disassembled, scarce cutting, assembly or assembly and according to the requirements of the materials, to leave them in operational situation. - Perform the disassembly or undressed of a upholstered furniture for restoration. - Prepare and cut materials using different procedures by hand or by machine, depending on the article that must be upholstered and applying security criteria. - Perform preparation and assembly operations by hand and/or machine of the parts and accessories for covers and/or covers according to model, applying security criteria. - Perform preparation and mounted operations of furniture upholstery, with the present presentation and quality.
Medium or small company or artisan workshop, autonomously or on behalf of others, dedicated to the upholstery of furniture and entertaining walls, ceilings and wall panels.
This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the UF1035 training unit furniture upholstery techniques certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).
