This Yoga Instructor Course offers you a specialized training in the field. We must know that yoga is undoubtedly considered one of the best disciplines for health care. While it seems to be fashionable in recent years, it is a discipline practiced since ancient times in India, about 5,000 thousand years ago. Therefore, with this instruction course in Yoga it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to schedule the activities of the Yoga room according to the general reference programming.

- Define and apply evidence for the determination of the level of motor skill, the level of physical condition, the level of biological condition, interests, motivations and degree of personal autonomy of the different practitioners, depending on their gender, age and personal characteristics. - Describe and perform the diagnostic analysis of the intervention context collecting, processing and integrating the different types of information obtained to specify the operational objectives of the programs and the Yoga activities sessions from the general reference programming. - Establish the processes and periodicity for the qualitative and quantitative evaluation of the objectives established in the different instruction programs in Yoga. - Develop Yoga instruction programs for different types of practitioners, defining and establishing methodological strategies adapted to their typology and complexity of various types of yoga activities to establish the progression of their learning. - Apply procedures for the management of spaces, resources and materials for the realization of instructional activities in Yoga, and according to a protocol, to the risk prevention plan and to current regulations, attending to accessibility criteria. - Provide the conditions of different typologies of yoga rooms, their work area and the corresponding support material for the practice of yoga instructional activities, observing risk prevention measures and attending to accessibility criteria. - Design instruction sessions in Yoga in accordance with the reference operational programming, applying the methodology established in said programming adapted to the characteristics and needs of the practitioners and the available means, explaining the risk prevention measures imposed by the current regulations and verifying that the established accessibility criteria are respected.

It develops its professional and autonomous activity or on behalf of a program with yoga activities, both in the public sphere, non -governmental organizations, foundations, associations, and in private entities, whether large, medium or small businesses that offer leisure and free time services, tourism and services related to maintenance and body care and personal development. Its activity is carried out in municipalities, associations, gyms, neighbors communities, prisons, educational centers and related facilities, tourism companies, hotels, spas, being able to collaborate in an interdisciplinary team. In the development of professional activity, universal accessibility principles are applied in accordance with current legislation.

This course of instruction in Yoga prepares specializing and being able to exercise as an instructor in Yoga also learning to analyze and define the processes of physiological adaptation of the organism to the physical activity in Yoga, to design instruction sessions in yoga and to analyze and carry out the evaluation process in instruction sessions in yoga and its development of the practice.

This course of instruction in Yoga is aimed at all those interested, either at a professional level or for personal reason in relation to recreational physical-sports activities in general and, more specifically, with the instruction in yoga.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
