- Determine access to the information management system using specific tools, according to given needs and functional specifications. - Apply audit procedures and resolution of incidents in the information management system, according to given needs. - Maintain information flow processes in the information management system, according to given specifications. - Use the tools for constructing information flows, to be implemented in the information management system according to specifications given in the design. - Identify and protect corporate records and content, using specific tools in order to organize and ensure the life cycle of documents, from their creation to their final disposal, as well as personal access restrictions. - Interpret the technical documentation inherent to the tools used in the implementation and integration of information flows and record management in information management systems.
He develops his professional activity both as a self-employed person and as an employee in companies or public or private entities of any size, which have intranet, Internet or extranet network infrastructure, in the development area of the IT department.
This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF1643 Management and control of information systems, certifying that you have passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry itself. of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
