- Know the scope of the library, as well as the tasks carried out in it in order to later manage it. - Apply care and reception techniques to library users, providing guidance and information on the facilities and services that are at their disposal. - Apply management procedures for a library user card through the library management system. - Determine information processes on service charters and library regulations, guiding towards the good use of facilities and quality services. - Apply techniques for preparing informative materials for a library taking into account pre-established criteria. - Recognize and classify bibliographic funds according to established criteria. - Adequately manage the process of receiving bibliographic funds taking into account their typology, checking their physical condition and processing possible claims. - Adequately complete the identification and cataloging data of bibliographic collections. - Organize and properly place the different collections within a library collection, adequately checking the ordering sequences of the items. - List the systems and technologies that exist in making the loan, assuming the advantages and disadvantages. - Analyze the process of receiving an interlibrary loan based on the different supports. List the reading promotion activities by analyzing the dissemination process and using the different tools available. - Analyze what a dissemination campaign for reading promotion activities is and know the different media used to carry it out. - Adequately organize and manage library activities for users with specific needs, taking into account the different factors that influence their development.
