Objectives

- Carry out corrective maintenance operations on white goods appliances (cold, washing and cooking), based on the diagnosis and technical documentation, under conditions of safety and quality. - Adjust and verify parameters in white goods appliances based on established procedures, under conditions of safety and quality. - Prepare the documentation corresponding to the maintenance of white goods appliances using the current symbols and standards, and using the established computer tools and applications.

Career opportunities

He carries out his professional activity in small, medium and large private companies, self-employed or employed, in the areas of maintenance and technical assistance service (SAT) of household appliances, and may have personnel under his supervision. The maintenance of gas installations and appliances, both fuel and refrigerant, is excepted as it corresponds to a professional activity subject to regulation by the competent Administration.

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF2240 Corrective maintenance of white goods appliances, certifying that you have passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will be eligible to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
