Objectives

- Apply hydrothermal balneation techniques according to an established protocol, following optional prescriptions and under conditions of hygiene and safety. - Apply hydrothermal techniques with pressure according to specific defined procedures and guidelines, under conditions of hygiene and safety. - Apply hydrothermal techniques with saunas and steam baths according to defined procedures and guidelines, under health and safety conditions. - Apply hydrothermal techniques without pressure according to defined procedures and guidelines, under health and safety conditions. - Apply specific guidelines for the prevention of occupational risks or unwanted reactions in the application of hydrothermal services. - Apply the evaluation criteria and instruments to assess the quality of hydrothermal services using the means and supports defined in the protocol.

He carries out his activity as an employee in thalassotherapy centers, spas and spa centers, independent or associated with organizations such as gyms, hotels, residences or beauty centers, within the department dedicated to hydrothermal services.

What it prepares you for

This training is in accordance with the training itinerary of the Training Unit UF0092 Application and/or supervision of thermal services, certifying that you have passed the different Units of Competence included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training, through which you will opt to obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism, through the respective calls published by the different Autonomous Communities, as well as your own. Ministry of Labor (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the organization of the Vocational Training System and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional skills acquired through work experience or non-formal training).
