- Learn the different principles of radiographic technique. - Learn more about the physics of radiation and X-rays. - Know how to interpret the basic aspects of radiology. - Know the interaction of radiation with the body (radiobiology). - Acquire knowledge about performing x-rays in different areas of the body. - Define the precautions that must be carried out when performing an x-ray. - Learn to discern between the different types of injuries that an x-ray can reveal. - Make available to the student a general, modern and scientific vision of the highest level, of the most prevalent problems in different pathologies, of different ages, of pediatric radiology. - Provide the staff of hospital radiology services with an instrument to improve the highest possible quality through organizational standards, homogeneous indicators, definition of good practices and implementation of a common hospital care system. - Improve the health and quality of life of the pediatric population, adapt the allocation of radiological resources to each need, provide continuous nursing care and contribute to resource optimization.

With this Pediatric Radiology Specialist Course + University Certification in Radiology, the student will learn the principles of radiographic technique, receiving some notions about the physics of radiation and X-rays, in addition to knowing the basic aspects of radiology and radiobiology. This X-ray Operator training is a recycling and/or specialization training for those FP Technician in Rays not including the ionizing radiation handler certification from the nuclear safety council.
