Summary
The expansion of the world economy has given way to numerous changes in the commercial business situation, such as fishmongers, butchers, fruit shops,…. The population has adapted to the disposal of the vast majority of meat products throughout the year. Thus, with this course of charcerteria dependent, sufficient knowledge will be provided to be able to differentiate a wide range of charcuterie products, as well as knowing and assessing the maturational processes through which these products pass and the most appropriate measures for their management with the greatest possible hygiene and safety. The sales techniques will also be addressed in the Charcutería Dependent course in order to provide training to the trade dependent in all areas.

With the realization of the present course of Charcutía dependent you will learn to differentiate between numerous charcuterie products, the characteristics of these products and their influence on the lives of people. You will be prepared to manipulate charcerter products in a hygienic and safely. Students will receive the necessary knowledge to dominate the techniques and attitudes that allow to host, attend and sell directly to the customer products that do not need specific manipulation.
