Summary
Since the real estate market is constantly evolving, it is crucial to be updated on the legal regime of the real estate loan and consumer protection. Having the rectification in advice in real estate loans (LCCI) is an obligation for those who possess the real estate credit certification, as provided in article 32 bis of the ECE/482/2019 order. In this way, it is guaranteed that professionals have the practical and theoretical tools that guarantee the necessary knowledge required by the regulations. In this context, Inesem, which has the accreditation of the Bank of Spain, offers participants a higher quality recertification program with which to prove the update of their competences.

When completing the Course in Reserting Recertification in Real Estate Credits (LCCI) you will acquire key competences such as the ability to interpret and apply current regulations on real estate loans, skills to evaluate and communicate the costs associated with credit operations, and solid knowledge about consumer rights, thus guaranteeing the necessary competences to be able to exercise the profession.
Who is it addressed to?
The Course in Real Credit Real Credits Counseling (LCCI) is aimed at real estate professionals who are in possession of accreditation on information, advice and marketing of real estate credit and who need to meet the continuous training requirement established in the ECE/482/2019 order.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
