Summary
Gender equality seeks to ensure that men and women receive the same benefits, the same conditions and are treated with the same respect, based on the principle of equality and non-discrimination based on sex, an obligation of general international law that must inspire the rest of the fundamental rights. Through this course, students will specialize in the application of gender equality in the legal field.

Este curso te prepara para identificar y abordar desigualdades de género en el ámbito jurídico, desarrollando habilidades para analizar y aplicar principios de igualdad en situaciones legales cotidianas. Aprenderás a reconocer sesgos inconscientes, promoviendo un entorno más equitativo. Además, adquirirás herramientas para implementar políticas inclusivas y asesorar en la creación de normativas que favorezcan la igualdad de género, mejorando tu capacidad de intervención y asesoramiento en contextos profesionales.

Este curso está dirigido a profesionales y titulados del ámbito jurídico que deseen profundizar en la igualdad de género dentro de su práctica diaria. Especialmente útil para abogados, jueces, fiscales, y asesores legales que buscan integrar perspectiva de género en sus decisiones y asesoramientos, promoviendo así un entorno más justo e igualitario en sus entornos laborales.
