Immigrant patient care must take into account a multidisciplinary approach, including not only health aspects, but also psychological, cultural and socio -economic factors. With this course you will learn the knowledge and approach to the problems associated with cultural diversity in the field of health care.

- Acquire knowledge and address the problems associated with cultural diversity in the field of health care. - Define and analyze the social and cultural factors that affect health processes. - Make an approach to the reality of cultural diversity. - Describe the key concepts involved in mediation processes. - Present reality the conflict and its resolution in the school environment for cultural reasons. - Describe the reality of intercultural mediation in the school environment and its procedural nature. - Present the figure of the mediator and its competences.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
