Applicable regulations. Insurance analysis and insurance contract. - Knowledge of the foundations of Risk Management, Coasegur and Reinsurance. - Domain of knowledge and techniques related to commercial management in the insurance field. - Knowledge of the applicable regulations regarding consumer data and rights. - Domain of knowledge and techniques related to customer service, complaints, claims and consultations in the financial sector. - Knowledge of singularities of remote insurance marketing.
