Summary

The labor market demands professionals with knowledge in labor management that have a global and comprehensive vision of the functioning of the Human Resources and Labor Advice Department. Expert in hiring, payrolls and communications with Social Security provides the most current knowledge and tools in the field of labor management. Goals

- Acquire theoretical and practical knowledge of labor law, payrolls, hiring and social security benefits. - Perform workers' payroll including new salary concepts and I.T. with the consequent RNT and RLC models. - Know and calculate the withholdings. - Know the concepts to be liquidated in the settlement, calculating its amount, as well as completing social security. - Learn the procedures for incorporation into the network system and obtain authorization required by TGSS for file and procedure exchange. - Know the general concepts on which the employment relationship is based on the application of

Professional opportunities

It is aimed at managers of the Human Resources Department, Technicians in Labor Management and/or Human Resources of an organization and labor advisors. Its main objective is that the student acquires the necessary capacities to carry out labor management and effectively use the tools that new technologies for the exchange of information.

To prepare you

The expert in hiring, payrolls and communications with Social Security intends to provide the student with the theoretical and practical training in the field of labor advice and administration, providing a solid basis for the current labor regulation and its practical application in the hiring of personnel, preparation of payrolls and social security relations. It also includes the necessary training for the transmission of this data through the RED and DELT@system.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
