Summary
After the entry into force on December 23, 2010 of Organic Law 5/2010, of June 22, on the reform of the Criminal Code, where it is recognized, not only the criminal responsibility of legal persons but also includes those elements that must attend so that the legal entity can be exonerated from all responsibility. The Legal Controller Course aims to train you in all those powers that the person responsible for regulatory compliance in an organization must meet.

This course in Legal Controller forms about the knowledge and skills that the person responsible for compliance with how many legal provisions are applied to the activity of a company. You will be trained on the elements inherent in the Complence Office, as regulatory compliance programs, denunciation channel management, protection of data and digital rights, among others.
Who is it addressed to?
The legal control course is aimed at those private sector professionals, as well as any interested in obtaining a training that specializes in regulatory compliance or compliance office, whose objective, after the modification of the criminal law, lies in exempting legal persons from responsibility.
Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
