Summary
After the reform of LO 1/2015 of March 30, the figure of the compliance Office is introduced into our legal system and, therefore, of the Regulatory Compliance Officer or Complence Offer, subject in charge of the monitoring and fulfillment of such programs and thus exempt from responsibility to the legal person. In addition, on May 25, 2018, the General Data Protection Regulations that introduced the Data Protection Delegate responsible for the supervision, advice and information regarding data protection entered into force. Therefore, given these legislative novelties, Inesem bets on a specialized training in both subjects that allow students to give themselves with knowledge necessary for the performance of the functions inherent to such positions.

Official Character
This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
