At a time when the quality of products and services and their costs are not sufficient reason for differentiation, CRM and relational marketing becomes a key element, both from companies and institutions, in the development of a powerful strategy to distinguish. The main objectives of a company are to obtain recognition and position. Either from the public or private sector, correctly manage databases and customer purchase experiences seem fundamental for those who want to grow and acquire solidity, but also for those who, from a more solid position, seek to maintain leadership in their sector. Within this process, the digital environment plays a fundamental role. For this reason, the Master in Relational Marketing and CRM focuses on the construction of a profitable and solid relationship with its customer environment.

To enhance the individual abilities of the students, this program focuses its objectives on: - Achieve a global and strategic vision of brand consumers. - Offer the theoretical and conceptual instruments to be able to develop a complete process for the construction of personalized and innovation products through user loyalty. - Put into practice the knowledge acquired through the approach and development of specific microprojects and a global innovation project through relational and digital marketing. - Have resources to know the complexity and the digital and physical environment in which a product or service operates to be able to display a strategic project that allows implementing the correct strategy of customer service and its purchase experience.

The present master intends to provide the student with the technical and theoretical training in the field of customer service management, personalized marketing and the strategic communication of the brand in the online medium, providing a solid basis on electronic commerce, client management, metric of online tools and everything related to the legal aspects necessary to perform a practical activity in this sector. The student will learn to apply various techniques that today's organizations require for efficient brand creation and promotion and efficient attraction and loyalty of clients.
