MF0184_2 Production of special draft fabrics

In the field of textile, preparation and skin, it is necessary to know the different fields of the weaver of Calada, within the professional area of the production of threads and tissues. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to produce special draft fabrics.

- Describe and interpret tissues by its structure. - Prepare the necessary technical documentation to make a special draft fabric. - Relate the tissue parameters with the production process - Relate the tissue parameters with the machine settings - Make special draft fabrics controlling the process so that the product specifications are met, applying safety criteria. - Perform inspection and control of raw materials and intermediate products ensuring compliance with quality technical specifications. - Perform the inspection and control of the special draft fabrics ensuring compliance with the quality technical specifications. - Describe the different machines and existing devices in the market to produce special fabrics. - Adjust the machinery to adapt to the required product - Establish the maintenance of equipment and machinery according to the special draft fabric production program, applying safety criteria. - Perform the inspection and control of the finished fabrics ensuring compliance with the technical quality specifications. - Analyze prevention and safety measures regarding the actions of manipulation of facilities and equipment, contained in the security plans of the companies in the sector. - Apply the safety plan in the spinning processes, analyzing the measures of prevention, security and environmental protection of the company. - Analyze the preventive measures that must be adopted for the prevention of risks and application of environmental standards in the different textile production processes.

In general, it develops its activity in large, medium and small businesses, especially on behalf of others, dedicated to the preparation and elaboration of draft fabrics.

This formation is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0184_2 Training Production of special draft fabrics, certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and of the non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
