MF1098-3 Course Design of Restoration Service Processes

At present, it becomes essential in the world of restoration to know how to direct and manage the activities of a restaurant or unit of food and drinks production and service, define and supervise its processes and optimize the material and human resources available to achieve the maximum profitability of the unit, offering the best quality of service and customer service, if necessary, in English. In this course, it is intended to provide students with the necessary knowledge to define and plan restoration service processes.

- Analyze and design on tuning, service and closure processes in the restaurant, identifying each of its phases. - Design presentation procedures and service of culinary elaborations as well as the finish of client's views, which are suitable for food and beverage service departments. - Analyze all types of special services and events in restoration that are suitable for food and beverage service departments. - Analyze banquet service procedures in the restoration establishment, identifying the necessary resources and the derived budget. - Analyze the protocol standards used in different types of events that are developed in restoration establishments.

It develops its professional activity in large, medium and small establishments for traditional, modern and catering restoration, generally private, although they can also be public, mainly in the educational, health or social services sector. It can be autonomous or on behalf of others, performing their functions independently or subordinated to the director of the restaurant area or to the establishment's own director when the production unit is part of a broader production and service structure.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1098_3 training module design processes in restoration certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls The different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those interested in a particular or labor way in the world of restoration management, more specifically with the design of restoration service processes.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
