INEAF Business School as a mediator training center recognized by the Ministry of Justice presents this professional master's degree in alternative conflict resolution. Arbitration, conciliation and mediation specialties that will allow the student to accredit legal training in the field of mediation, fulfilling the necessary requirement for registration in the mediators registry. The study of each of the institutions for conflict resolution: arbitration, mediation and conciliation, as well as the treatment of conflicts in a scientific way, channeling them through the mentioned methods, will be completed with an ethical basis that corresponds to one of the most prevailing needs of these methods. This master covers the set of alternative conflict resolution systems, with an integral vision.

This Master will give the student knowledge about alternative conflict resolution methods, aimed at the three main methods of today: arbitration, mediation and conciliation. The integral treatment of the so -called ADR (Alternative Dispute Resolution) allows to acquire basic and specific knowledge of such extraprocessal techniques, which throughout the units will be developed until they end up forming comprehensively to the student. The knowledge of the different procedures, the strategies to address them and the procedural lace end by completing the knowledge of this master.

This master is oriented to students and professionals related to any area where conflicts are developed, so that a deep knowledge of them allows comprehensive treatment. It is postulated as an optimal knowledge for company professionals, provision of public services and any space where an expert training in conflict resolution is required in a positive way.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
