Professional postgraduate in psychosocial maintenance and rehabilitation of dependent people at home

Throughout history, those who presented some symptoms of "weakness" or some dependence have been left without attending. However, at present, the presence of professionals who know how to help in the socio-sanitary field at home with special physical, psychic and social health needs, applying the most appropriate strategies and procedures to maintain and improve their personal autonomy and their relationships with the environment. Thus, this course of support for the daily efforts of dependent people will try to contribute the necessary knowledge to develop home physical care interventions aimed at people with socio -health care needs.

- Accompany and support users in carrying out activities of everyday life favoring their autonomous development. - Analyze and carry out interventions aimed at accompanying and support in the resolution of efforts of dependent people and their family environment, favoring their access to community resources and services. - Know and analyze the psychosocial characteristics and needs of dependent people, determining the attitudes and values that the professional care professional must manifest with the dependent people and their environment - identify the most remarkable psychosocial characteristics in a unit of coexistence with a dependent person and the main needs of psychosocial support that generates - identify the basic manifestations of personal and/or social deterioration of the elderly and/or disable Coexistence environment, especially its main caregivers, extracting information that allows determining the needs of psychosocial support and risk situations, through observation guided by a protocol established by the Service - explain the ethical principles of social intervention with dependent people, identifying attitudes and values that must be maintained in professional interventions aimed at users, family and environment and other professionals, in different situations, including the situations of grieving

This professional postgraduate postgraduate and psychosocial rehabilitation of dependent people at home prepares to form in support of the daily efforts of dependent people and the psychosocial maintenance and rehabilitation of dependent people at home.

This course is aimed at all those interested in acquiring practical theoretical knowledge related to socio -health care to people at the home, in general, as well as those aspects related to supporting the daily efforts of dependent people.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
