UF0012 Management, Irrigation and Subscriber Course

In the field of the agrarian world it is necessary to know the different fields in fruit growing, within the professional agriculture area. Thus, with this course it is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the management, irrigation and subscriber of the soil.

- Specify the appropriate land maintenance work in each plantation, based on the topography of the land, the edaphic characteristics and vegetation covering them in a practical case taking into account the environmental regulations and prevention of occupational hazards. - Indicate the work necessary for the management of the plant cover, the cultivation waste and control the unwanted vegetation, performing them in a practical case applying the measures to prevention of occupational hazards and environmental regulations. - Describe the different irrigation systems and indicate the factors that influence their efficiency, and, in a practical case, plan the application of irrigation, irrigate and perform the maintenance of the installation by applying the measures to prevention of occupational hazards and environmental regulations. - Explain the methods of analysis of soil fertility, the main types of fertilizer and subscriber products and their application methods, preparing and incorporating them in a practical case, taking into account the measures to prevent occupational hazards and environmental regulations.

It develops its professional activity in the area of production in large, medium and small businesses, both public, within the scope of the local, autonomous or state administration, as private, dedicated to agricultural cultivation. Likewise, it is trained to perform pesticide treatments at the basic level, according to the activity regulated by the corresponding regulations.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the UF0012 training unit. Management, irrigation and subscriber of the land certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the agrarian world, specifically in fruit growing, within the professional agriculture area, and all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the management, irrigation and subscriber of the soil.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
