UF0516 Course Computer Accounts Applications

In the field of administration and management, it is necessary to know the different fields related to administrative management activities, within the Professional Area Administration and Audit. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the use of accounting computer applications.

- Use accounting computer applications registering the necessary operations for the registration of economic transactions. - Make accounting records according to commercial documents and the information provided. - Explain the possible formats that the application of the application may have.

This professional exercises his activity in the area of administration, human resources, accounting or financial, of any company, both public and private, performing the functions at the request of a superior person who, depending on the degree of development of the same, can be a single person or the person responsible for each of the departments - commercial, treasury, accounting, human resources - or those people in which they delegate. You can also develop your activity in labor advice, managers and/or consulting companies or services, as well as entities of the financial and insurance sector.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Formative Unit UF0516 Computer Accounting Applications, certifying having overcome the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the administration and management world, specifically in administrative management activities, within the professional area of administration and audit, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to accounting computer applications.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
