In the field of safety and environment, it is necessary to know the different fields within the coordination of operations in forest fires and support for contingencies in the natural and rural environment, within the professional area of security and prevention. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the systems for the surveillance and detection of forest fires.

After carrying out this forest fire detection course, it develops your professional activity in forest fire extinction services, as a worker dependent on public administrations, as well as in public and private companies dedicated to agroforestry and environmental work. He works at the head of an intervention unit and in collaboration with other intervention units and/or civil protection operational groups. Collaborates in the prevention of risk of its scope of responsibility, being able to perform the basic function of occupational risk prevention.

Certifying having overcome the different competition units included. And is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through work experience and non -formal training.
