With this transformative mediation course, you will understand a mediation model that focuses on the process, not in the agreement, making a proposal in which there will not always be an opportunity to reach a meeting point, but there is always the possibility of understanding the other, so that the parties will always achieve a benefit that leads them to gradually transform communication, the way to manage their conflicts, and, above all, thereby also transform their relationships. It is a way of carrying out a mediation, giving special relevance to the process and trying to make the parties a positive relational transformation. You will have the possibility to analyze each mediation process and put into practice tools and skills necessary in these situations.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
