Summary
The operating room nursing assistant course gives you all kinds of knowledge about TCAE's work in the operating room. It focuses on training students to attend nursing staff and collaborate in carrying out surgical procedures safely and efficiently. The course is characterized by offering an integral approach to surgical care, covering from the organization and operation of the surgical unit, to the sterilization of equipment and infection control. Knowledge about surgical instrumentation, patient care in the preoperative, intraoperative and postoperative, and basic anesthesia concepts are taught. Apart from a highly qualified teaching team.

The operating room nursing assistant course prepares you to perform with responsibility in the surgical field. Through the acquisition of knowledge, you will be trained to attend the nursing team in the operating room, collaborate in the preparation of surgical procedures, provide adequate care to the patient, and guarantee asepsis and control of infections in the surgical environment.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
