Summary
European MIFID regulations establish the knowledge and competences that a professional must comply with to advise on investment products, as well as the minimum training in the field to exercise professionally. In order for a person to exercise as a financial advisor, he must have exceeded a training accredited by the CNMV and the official MIFID II certification exam (financial advice). Inesem Business School summons 4 exams per year, in the months of March, June, September and December. The exam is online, through a videoconference system, it consists of two parts: - Theoretical, it is considered exceeded from a note of 7 out of 10. - Practice, is considered exceeded with a note of 5 out of 10. The candidates who have exceeded both parties will be suitable.

This MIFID II certification exam (financial advice) enables people who exceed them to provide advice services in credit entities, investment service companies, managing companies of collective investment institutions, managing companies of closed -type investment entities or who provide investment services, either on their own or foreign.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
