Archive Specialist Course and Archival Systems

At present, administrative management in relation to the client takes place in all productive sectors, both in public and private entities. Therefore, it is necessary to know the basic functioning of the elements of the development of administrative activity. Carrying out this course, students can obtain the necessary knowledge to proceed correctly to file management, knowing the different archival systems.

- Apply the techniques of registration and archiving of the information, public and/or private, that facilitate access, security and confidentiality of documentation. - Get the student to know the emblematic in relation to the documentation, and their contributions to the integral knowledge of the document and the old book.

This course prepares students to analyze the different archival realities, developing the appropriate capabilities to correctly direct and manage the archival work, either from private files and public.

This course is intended for those who are interested, either for professional or personal reasons, in relation to the archive and archival systems.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
