ARGI0209 DIGITAL PRINTING COURSE (Certificate of Complete Professionalism)

At present, in the world of graphic arts, it is very important to know the different processes for which they are carried out. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge to know the processes in graphic arts, the preparation of files for digital printing and printing with digital devices.

- Check and follow the graphic process as a whole through workflows and in its different phases: Preprinting, printing and post -impression, through standardization and communication, to achieve quality and productivity, in accordance with the established specifications. - Apply quality control methods in the graphic arts process to achieve the specified product, following existing standards and standards. - Determine the characteristics of graphic products to establish the proper manufacturing process, taking into account the available elements and applicable regulations. - Receive and check the digital information and technical specifications of the graphic product for its posterior processing, using the appropriate computer applications. - Perform the treatment and correction of digital information for validation, through appropriate computer applications. - Check that all the elements involved in the process are within the established quality plans. - Send digital information to print devices to start printing, through appropriate computer applications. - Control the digital system for optimal use, according to the processes in a row. - Prepare and verify the printing support to feed the printing machine, so that continuity is guaranteed. - Prepare the visualizing elements: inks, toner and corrective additives, to obtain the tones and other physicochemical characteristics according to the specifications, samples and supports that will be printed. - Adjust equipment and regulate the implementation mechanisms and correct operation for printing, through its synchronization and adjustment, in accordance with the technical orders, the work to be done and the materials to be used. - Perform digital impression to obtain the printed product, according to the established specifications. - Supervise the printing process to guarantee the uniformity of the roll through self -control. - Complete the production parts for the confirmation of the work done with data of incidents, quality and productivity. - Perform preventive maintenance and cleaning for the proper functioning of the machine, following the established norms on safety and environment. - Apply the risk prevention plan and environmental protection in the digital printing process to guarantee security, in accordance with current regulations.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the Certificate of Professionalism ARGI0209 Digital printing certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding professional certificate, through the respective calls that are publishing the different communities Autonomous, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of graphic arts, more specifically to digital printing and who intend to obtain knowledge related to graphic arts processes, the preparation of files for digital printing and printing with digital devices.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
