The objective of this training is to comply with the requirements demanded by the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) in Technical Guide 4/2017 for the evaluation of the knowledge and skills of the personnel who inform and advise. Specifically, it is established that continuous training for advisory personnel must be a minimum of 30 teaching hours per year. The Course on Recertification in Financial Advice (MIFID) has 30 teaching hours referring to the nature of recertification based on the content related to profitability and credit risk. Once they have been passed, an academic certificate will be issued stating the subjects taken and the hours of training that enable the professional to keep their knowledge related to the recertification of the MIFID certificate up to date.
