- Characterize soil and climate to assess the adaptability of the selected herbaceous species and variety and the suitability of the cultivation system. - Carry out previous work to improve and install infrastructure on an arable crop farm based on technical planning. - Carry out the work of soil preparation, amendments and recommended bottom fertilizers, using the technical means appropriate to the characteristics of the soil and the crop. - Carry out the planting and/or transplanting of crops, following the established planning and with the appropriate technical means.
He develops his professional activity in the production area of large, medium and small companies, public or private, both employed and self-employed, dedicated to the cultivation of herbaceous crops. Likewise, it is trained to carry out pesticide treatments with a qualified level, according to the activity regulated by the corresponding regulations.
This training conforms to the training itinerary of the Training Module on Land Preparation, Sowing and Transplanting in Herbaceous Crops, certifying having passed the different Competence Units included in it, and is aimed at accrediting the Professional Competencies acquired through work experience and non-formal training.
