This face -to -face, telephone and virtual care course to the citizen is aimed at all professionals who work in the local administration and want to expand and/or update their training in the communicative field to guarantee the proper performance of their tasks. It is also aimed at all those interested in acquiring this type of training.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
