Judicial Expert Course in Armament and Tire + University degree in preparing expert reports (double degree with 5 ECTS credits)

Taking into account the strict regulation that requires the possession of weapons throughout the Spanish territory and knowing that there are professions and hobbies in which there is the use of weapons, a certain knowledge and capabilities that allow research and reports on possible cases presented with these parameters are important. With this course we intend to contribute the necessary knowledge to be able to make and analyze assumptions in which there is an armament appearance. This judicial expert course contains everything necessary to be able to exercise as a judicial expert, successfully developing this activity, in addition to obtaining the diploma will be able to process the discharge in the courts that it designates. This judicial expert course includes all current legislation in the world of the expertise.

This Course of Judicial Expert in Armament and Shot prepares to obtain the necessary knowledge to intervene as an expert in the Courts and Courts of Justice, especially in the civil and criminal field. Article 335.1 of the LEC (Law 1/2000, of January 7, on civil prosecution) refers to this figure and establishes that: “When scientific, artistic, technical or practical knowledge is necessary to assess facts or relevant circumstances in the matter or acquire certainty about them, they could contribute to the process the opinion of experts who possess the corresponding knowledge…” demands of individuals and societies, administration and justice. This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
