This Course of Judicial Expert in Victimology is aimed at university graduates in the subject subject of the course, and in the event that the subject does not understand in any professional degree is also addressed to any professional or person who wishes to obtain the necessary knowledge to be able to intervene as an expert in courts, courts of justice, especially in the criminal and civil fields. However, as established by the Civil Procedure Law in its article 340.1: Experts must possess the official title that corresponds to the subject subject of the opinion and the nature of the latter.
