- Know the importance that physical activity has on health. - Identify motivations and interests in the field of Fitness-Wellness. - Provide a complete and general vision of all aspects aimed at managing Fitness-Wellness programs. -Train professionals who have the required training and knowledge that allow them to teach, review, supervise and design all kinds of exercises and programmed training within the field of fitness and bodybuilding. - Provide the student with general guidelines for the prevention and treatment of frequent injuries. - Offer the basic concepts and theoretical foundations of the Pilates technique. - Know the body fundamentals necessary for proper Pilates practice. - Recognize various special cases in which the practice of the Pilates Method offers greater benefits and the specific training necessary for each case. - Train future professionals who have the knowledge currently required to carry out the work of Indoor Cycle Instructor. - Offer the basic concepts in the field of dietetics and nutrition, applied to the diet of people who carry out some type of sporting activity at a greater or lesser level.

Through the present Master in Fitness-Wellness Program Management the student will be provided with complete and general training on all aspects aimed at managing Fitness-Wellness programs. The necessary training will be provided to work as a fitness and bodybuilding instructor, also to be able to carry out specific training for each individual, according to the different objectives that may be demanded, to work as an Indoor Cycle instructor or Pilates Monitor, in addition to having the necessary skills to prepare and/or supervise the nutrition received by people who do some sport.
