The general objective is for the student to develop appropriate Quality, Environment, and Occupational Health and Safety strategies, as well as to lead and coordinate teams in a comprehensive manner so that the company achieves its goals. It also seeks to improve customer satisfaction, environmental management and the safety and health of workers to improve their performance. Additionally, the program aims to facilitate access to knowledge and the development of skills to obtain management system certifications that allow companies to: participate in project tenders, resume business relationships with former clients, improve efficiency for greater competitiveness and guarantee the sustainability of projects. This general objective will be achieved through the following specific objectives: Understand the contexts of Quality, Environment, Occupational Health and Safety, and their business applications to lead improvement strategies. Implement, maintain and certify the management of Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety in the company and thus achieve the objectives systematically. Develop and apply quality, environmental, occupational health and safety plans for the company's control and improvement activities. Integrate management systems to optimize processes and resources.
