Master Non -profit Entities: MASTER MBA in the direction of non -profit entities: Expert in Association Management, Foundations and NGOs + University Degree (5 ECTS credits)

Today there are many non -profit social entities such as associations, foundations or NGOs where they need to be directed and managed for their proper functioning and development. The purpose of this Master is to give an overview of all legal, fiscal and administrative aspects that affect the daily management of non -profit social entities: foundations, associations and NGOs, in addition to bringing students closer to the opportunities for cultural financing that are normally very unknown to cultural managers.

- Create, manage and direct an association, foundation, NGOs or other non -profit entities. - Plan and organize resources in associations, NGOs or other entities. - Knowing how to plan the provisional economic-financial issue of economic activity in associations, NGOs or other entities. - Learn to develop the management skills of the entrepreneur to perform successfully in a position at any level of an organization. - Apply participatory group techniques in community intervention. - Manage voluntary entities. - Know the coaching techniques and management leadership in associations, NGOs or other entities. - Understand the conceptual framework of the RSC and its current situation nationally and internationally. - Understand the main policies and strategies that companies have at their disposal to incorporate the CSR into their management.

The Master is intended to train professionals with an entrepreneurial, versatile profile, that dominate their own knowledge, as well as the administrative management instruments specialized in this area. You will obtain the specific notions of the performance of the functions of responsible for management and human resources in associations, NGOs or other entities and all the necessary training to manage and direct associations, NGOs or other entities from the knowledge of its users to the integral management of the center.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
