MF0236-3 Course Relations with Public Administrations

Each of the public administrations has for the exercise of their functions with a large number of personnel to their service. Approximately two million employees at the service of the administration form a large and heterogeneous set of workers, being necessary for the regulation of their actions, their rights and their obligations, the establishment of a common link between them. This course will provide students with the knowledge necessary to make efforts related to attention and processing in public administrations.

- Analyze and synthesize the content of writings prepared by the different administrations or aimed at them for registration in conventional or computer support. - Solve the processing problems that arise in the most relevant stages of the common administrative procedure, correctly applying the law and other regulations of a regulatory nature. - Analyze the procedure of validation of the documents in accordance with current legislation - Identify the precise operations for the processing of an administrative appeal, applying the corresponding legislation. - Determine the most appropriate form of attention to the public, in accordance with social uses and administrative norms and communication channel.

Administration area in the different units of the different public administrations.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF0236_3 Relations with Public Administrations, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls Publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed for all those who want to guide their future work in activities related to the management and processing of public administrations, or those who want to update their professional knowledge related to this sector.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
