MF0778_3: Production organization in polymers transformation industries

In the field of chemistry, it is necessary to know the different fields of the organization and control of the transformation of thermostable polymers and their compounds, within the professional area transformation of polymers. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge to organize production in polymers transformation industries.

- Design the raw material supply program necessary to carry out the production of the required product taking into account the size of the lot, its availability and supply guarantee. - Design the manufacturing program of a given product, taking into account the technical specifications of the same, delivery period, lot size, available means and customer demands. - Analyze the quality system and its historical evolution, relating the elements that integrate it with the established quality policy. - Analyze the documentation required by the Quality Management System as a guarantee and continuous improvement.

This professional exercises their work in polymers transforming industries, automotive auxiliary companies, appliances, utensils, aerospace or energy generator, electricity sector, nautical construction of recreation, raw material production plants for the industry of the materials composed of polymeric and thermostable matrix and in laboratories, development centers and technical offices of the related industries.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF0778_3 Training Module Production Organization in polymers transformation industries, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at the professionals of the world of chemistry, specifically in the organization and control of the transformation of thermostable polymers and their compounds, within the professional area transformation of polymers, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the organization of production in polymers transformation industries.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
