MF1067-3 Customer Service and Customer Service

At present, in the world of hospitality and tourism, it is very important to know the different steps of floors and cleaning in accommodation. Therefore, with this course it is about providing the necessary knowledge for the organization and customer service in floors.

- Define and establish the processes of service provision of the department of floors, specifying the work plans to achieve adequate and profitable results. - Direct the formalization and control of inventories of clothing, products, cleaning materials, machines, utensils and furniture so that their amount and degree of rotation and conservation can be known, providing technical and operational assistance. - Establish norms, procedures, methods and measures for external supply, storage, internal distribution, control and periodic replacement of the products, materials and utensils typical of the area of floors, so that the maximum economic benefit of the available resources can be obtained. - Coordinate, in collaboration with the departments involved, the maintenance and repair of the facilities of the floors area, supervising the final results. - Monitor compliance with the norms of security of people and things, informing and controlling the personnel in charge and participating in the evacuation in emergencies cases or drills.

It develops its professional activity in both large and small and small accommodation companies, usually private although they can also be public. Performs its functions under the dependence of the director of the Accommodation Area or the director of the establishment itself.

This training adjusts to the training itinerary of the MF1067_3 Organization and customer service in floors certifying having overcome the different competition units included, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and non -formal training, via which you will choose to obtain the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective calls The different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at all those who are dedicated to the world of hospitality and tourism, more specifically to the management of floors and accommodation of accommodation, in the professional area of the accommodation and who intend to obtain knowledge related to the organization and customer service in floors.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
