MF1787-3 Administrative Management course for sanctioning and review procedures

Within the world of administration and management, it is necessary to know the different fields of assistance in the management of tax procedures, within the professional area of the Administration and Audit. Thus, this course is intended to provide the necessary knowledge for the administrative management of the sanctioning and review procedures. Attending and collaborating in the Tax Procedures for Management, Inspection and Collection, as well as in the Sanctioning Procedure and in the Administrative Review, obtaining the necessary tax transcendence information, attending and informing the taxpayer and, carrying out the tax administrative efforts in accordance with the provisions of the current regulations, and all this using the necessary computer applications.

- Perform the administrative efforts of the different phases of the sanctioning procedures in relation to the tax procedures from which it derives. - Perform administrative procedures of the review procedures of the acts of the Tax Administration in relation to the resources and requests filed by the taxpayers. - Perform administrative procedures for processing the economic-administrative claim procedure identifying its phases and the effects generated by its interposition.

It develops its professional activity in the Tax Administration at the national, regional and local level, and on their own or foreign in companies that provide their services to public administrations.

This training is adjusted to the training itinerary of the MF1787_3 administrative management of the sanctioning and review procedures, certifying having exceeded the different competence units included in it, and is aimed at the accreditation of the professional competences acquired through the work experience and the non -formal training, via which it will opt for obtaining the corresponding certificate of professionalism, through the respective Calls that are publishing the different autonomous communities, as well as the Ministry of Labor itself (Royal Decree 659/2023, of July 18, which develops the management of the professional training system and establishes a permanent procedure for the accreditation of professional competences acquired by work experience or non -formal training).

This course is aimed at professionals from the world of administration and management, more specifically those linked to assistance in the management of tax procedures, within the professional area of the Administration and Audit, and to all those people interested in acquiring knowledge related to the administrative management of the sanctioning and review procedures.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
