New Course Data Protection Regulation: Superior Data Protection Course in the Company and Digital Rights

The General Data Protection Regulation (RGPD) introduces a new applicable regulations in Spain Organic Law 3/2018, of December 5, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights, which updates the legal provisions in the field of data protection and introduces new digital rights. The RGPD introduces a new figure, the Data Protection Delegate (DPO). In addition to offering a personal data protection and reliability in companies and entities, these regulations aim to apply the basic digital rights of individuals and employees. With this course you will obtain extensive training in the digital legal environment, combining the regulation in force in data protection together with a digital law specialization that has come to regulate the LOPDGDD.

- Know the forecasts of data protection regulations, GDPR, national regulations, European directives and different interpretation guidelines. - Complete the content of Personal Data Protection of the GDPR with the X provision X of the LOPDGD of digital rights. - Apply techniques to guarantee compliance with data protection regulations Comply with the new digital demands for the protection of workers and minors in the web environment. - Provide students with the tools and legal strategies of IGPD implementation procedures together with the defense of basic user rights. An extensive knowledge of the regulation of entrepreneurs and professionals combined with the basic rights of Internet users. - Provide students with the tools and strategies that distinguish the practical application of the basic rights of the online environment with respect to general rights in data protection.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
