Summary
There are currently many diseases whose origin can be placed in many cases in poor diet. At the beginning of the 21st century, the interaction between genes and nutrients began to relate more clearly according to disciplines such as epigenetics. Taking this into account, nutrigenomics and nutrigenetics arise from the need to improve health and offer more specialized nutritional guidelines. The course in Nutrigenomics and Nutrigenetics collects the main modifications in the genome, especially from an epigenetic perspective to understand the functioning of certain diseases. You will have personalized attention from a teaching team specialized in the area, with an autonomous and flexible study methodology.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD).
