Thanks to the Postgraduate Degree in Quality Management and Food Safety (HACCP System + BRC + IFS + ISO 22000 + FSSC 22000) the student will achieve a global and complete vision composed of the compendium of functions and concepts that besiege the field of food safety. We are approaching the awareness of all professionals in the food field of the importance of their work, of their good practices, since it depends, to a large extent, on the spread of food security in the population. The global food chain is facing important requirements in the field of environment, safety, health and security. Within this framework, there are various documents, protocols and regulations required by buyers from different countries. Among the standards required by this market, the World Food Safety Standard IFS (International Food Standard) and the World Food Safety Standard published by the British Retail Consortium (BRC) stand out. The Course aims to train in the field of hazard analysis systems and critical control points, in order to avoid eating contaminated food and implement the HACCP self-control system in companies, in addition to training on the BRC and IFS Standards.
