- Analyze the anatomical structure and function of cardiovascular, respiratory and locomotor systems, interpreting the interdependencies that exist between its different components and the organic response to the exercise. - Apply techniques to obtain and calculate the data and information obtained from the realization of a test battery, tests and questionnaires, registering them in the most appropriate card and physical support model. - Interpret the results of the tests and/or tests and questionnaires and prepare the perceptual report that serves as a reference to specify and/or correct the elaboration of the physical conditioning program. -Introduce coaching as an alternative that modifies the student's personal lifestyle, offering a path to improve the quality of life. - Acquire the knowledge, competences and skills necessary for the theoretical and practical development of the basic Coaching principles applied to the sports field. - Promote the development of sports training as an effective tool in achieving sports goals. - Perform the training session planning to organize the athlete's improvement process. - Know the basic regulations of the different sports. - Know the possible injuries and risks that athletes may suffer, and how to help a first aid situation.

This course is aimed at professionals in the world of physical and sports activities, specifically in physical conditioning in the training room, within the professional area of recreational physical-sports activities, and to all those interested in acquiring knowledge related to the sports direction of elite athletes.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
