Practical Course: Corporate Social Responsibility

Corporate social responsibility is a term that is increasingly gaining importance within organizations, since the concerns of our century about social matters and others of an environmental nature, etc., constitute aspects that we must take care of at all levels, including business. This course will provide the student with the knowledge necessary for the development of a corporate social responsibility plan and be able to get their incorporation into a company, to develop social marketing tasks and to achieve the loyalty of employees.

- Know the situation of CSR in Spain and in the European framework, its background and the context in which it is currently. - Understand the concept of social responsibility of the company and the implications that this means for SMEs. - Study the different tools that allow the implementation of CSR policies, to carry out diagnoses of business practices and memories of sustainability. - Observe several studies carried out about the situation of CSR in Spain to carry out a corporate self -analysis.

Business sector, financial sector, advisor, communication department, human resources, training departments, consultant, responsible for the implementation of corporate responsibility management systems, communication directors, model managers of corporate responsibility.

The knowledge offered by the course enables students to develop and manage a social responsibility plan within organizations, knowing all legal, ethical, business, management ... that are carried out within said process.

The course is aimed at those people, professionals or not from the sector, who are interested in the fields of corporate social responsibility, a area closely linked to the areas of human resources and communication and training of companies. With this formation, a more specific knowledge of the RSC framework and its situation nationally and internationally are obtained.

This training is not included in the scope of official regulated training (Infant Education, Primary Education, Secondary Education, Official Professional Training FP, Baccalaureate, University Degree, Official University Master and PhD). It is therefore a complementary and/or specialization training, aimed at acquiring certain skills, skills or aptitudes of a professional nature, being able to be barely as merit in workbags and/or opposition competitions, always within the complementary training section and/or continuous training being always essential to review the specific requirements of the public labor stock of the public labor stock market.
