What to buy and when to buy are important concepts to be defined within the management of a company, since the need is important to cover it but it is also of vital importance when to cover it. Knowing how to manage needs is a crucial factor in the operation of the company, controlling price variability according to competition, without losing sight of the sector to which the final product is oriented, so that its price prevails stable. Taking into account the periods of purchase and storage of the material, as well as the different alternatives, decisions in the company have to be based. All this together with other concepts of similar importance are acquired with this course, being able to apply everything learned in a professional or personal context.

This course prepares you to understand the peculiarities in the purchase process between companies, or individually, in order to intervene modifying the offer until it covers the need for the buyer. Thus being able to apply all the concepts acquired in the course to the workplace or personal.

This course is aimed at people interested in making purchase decision in individual customers and between companies at a professional or personal level. Interested in knowing the factors that determine that the individual customer decides to buy a specific product, and know how we can influence the choice, as well as to appreciate the different sources of value that the customer receives before buying the product, in order to adjust the offer to each customer.
